When people
thrive, their
organisation
thrives too.
Together, we can create the conditions for that to happen.

What helps people thrive at work?
It’s rarely one thing.
Throughout my career, I’ve listened to people describe what helps them thrive at work. Different people, different experiences, but some common themes.
Trusted to contribute.
Safe to speak.
Supported to grow.
Able to challenge.
These conditions don’t happen by accident.
They’re created and cultivated through how we lead, how we treat one another and how we work together.
Changing the environment starts with changing the conversation.

Sometimes the smallest shift changes everything.
A different perspective. A better conversation. A moment of clarity and understanding. Small changes in how we think, talk and work together can have a much wider impact.
The practice
People at the centre, always.
Leader Hub is my practice, built around a simple principle: people at the centre, always.
My work brings together coaching, mediation and organisational development, but it starts in the same place: listening, understanding what’s happening and exploring what might help.
Sometimes that’s developing a leader, bringing a team together or helping people work through a difficult relationship.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. And there shouldn’t be.
Client Impact
In their words.
Mark saw in me what I couldn't quite see in myself. The support he's shown me has been invaluable — career advice, life advice, the man is an oracle.

Mark's style of coaching means that he never pushes you in a particular direction, more guides the conversation to enable you to make your own decisions. He took real time to understand me, my goals and my motivations.
